In William Shakespeare’s 'The Tempest', one of his last plays, Prospero drives his 1663 Pontiac Tempest (with a 326 V-8), from Milan, Italy to the Rivera and boards a ferry ship. A dark and stormy tempest rages the seas, and all are shipwrecked on a tiny island.
Then the plot gets thicker than Alfredo sauce, with enthralling details of treachery, madness and romance.
After much ado about nothing, Prospero deals with his demons by realizing it’s not so much what happens to you, but how you respond that creates your reality.
He then gets on his surfboard and rides a huge wave back to Milan. Arriving at sunset, he joyfully re-claims his dukedom and is reunited with family and friends.
In the final act of redemption, his tempest is upgraded to the Pontiac GTO (with a 455 V-8), the most classic muscle car of all time
